A Mountain Biking Adventure from High Alpine Terrain to Norwegian Fjords
Experience a spectacular full-day mountain bike tour from the rugged highlands of Riksgränsen down to the dramatic landscapes of Rombaksfjord in Norway. The ride offers a dynamic mix of singletrack trails – challenging climbs, winding paths through mountain birch forest, open highlands above the tree line, rock ledges, and other exciting features.
Our certified nature guides customize the tour based on your group’s overall skill level and fitness. This is a personal and genuine experience where pace are adapted to fit your group.

July to October. Check our booking calendar for available dates. The tour is about 6-8 hours and starts at 09.00 AM (pickup approx. 45 minutes before)
Medium to advance. Physically demanding trip in a high mountain environment. You need to have some experience of trail biking. Expect about 20-35 km and around 700 altidude meters of ascent. If you need the experience you may start with our halfday tour.
Choose your pickup location in the booking form or meet us directly at Meterologen in Riksgränsen. Bike transfer assistance to the starting point is included depending on the route.

This biking tour is offered to anyone staying in Abisko/Björkliden area. We will pick you up at your accommodations the morning of your tour.
The beautiful Abisko vally is majestically located between the Torneträsk lake and the surrounding mountains Nuolja, keron, Tjounatjåkka. We either make the trip along the world famous Kungsleden and towards Lake Abiskojaure, or we cross the national park and go up along Nissunjåkka canyon. On both trips we are close to the Arctic flora and fauna, with Tjounatjåkka as a significant orientation point.
What to bring:
Backpack for day hike, for; Rain and wind protected clothes, a warm layer and hat and gloves. Your lunch and thermos we have prepared for you. Remember good hiking shoes and your camera.
