Now we are looking for snowmobile guides for the upcoming season 2023/2024 – could you be our next team member?

The position involves snowmobile guiding during the day and evening, with the necessary preparations followed by a safe and exciting guided tour with the guest in focus. Our reception starts before the guest arrives and we aim to leave them with experiences worth remembering.

We are looking for someone who is a certified mountain guide with a snowmobile driver’s license or someone with extensive experience in tourism and very good experience driving a snowmobile. The job requires great social skills, being structured and organized, but also solution-oriented and flexible when the situation requires it. The business involves working with people and the foundation for a fantastic guided tour has long been laid, but when a situation arises, your ability to solve the problem is of great importance.

The position includes an 80% position that runs from December 1st to March 31st.

Accommodation for you will be provided by Outback Abisko.

The salary is according to the Hrf agreement, with the possibility of personal supplements for special experiences and competencies.

Upon employment, you will receive internal training as well as snowmobile guide training from the Industry Organization for Sustainable Snowmobile Tourism. (https://www.snowmobilesweden.org/)

Requirements: B-driver’s license. Snowmobile driver’s license. Certified mountain guide or highly experienced snowmobile driver with good experience from the tourism industry or other service profession. Good English skills in both speaking and writing.
